Date of commencement will be negotiated with the client and may be dependent on weather conditions.

All additional works requested by the client will be charged accordingly.
All works will be carried out in a timely and professional manner, using only qualified and registered tradespeople.
All care will be taken to preserve fixtures upon removal, but any damage incurred is at the cost of the client.
Materials may be substituted for a material of a similar description and composition.
The site will be left in a clean and workable manner.
A deposit for materials may be required on commencement of works.
