Nothing is too hard or too outrageous for Shane. He is a visionary whose mind works in mysterious ways. He has skills in every aspect of construction and has put in more hours of study than your doctor probably has. Shane has trade qualifications as well as over 30 years experience in carpentry and joinery. He holds registration in all plumbing aspects and further licensing in most plumbing modules. He has a Diploma of Building and Construction and holds an Unlimited Domestic Building Licence.

In his own time, Shane enjoys motorbikes, cars and tinkering in his shed. He also enjoys a quiet fishing and camping trip when the time allows.

With over 20 years experience in the carpentry industry Ray is now expanding his skill set and taking on a plumbing apprenticeship. Ray has built his own house in the past and is currently renovating his bathroom and al-fresco areas at home to accommodate his growing family.

In his own time, Ray loves to coach his daughter’s basketball team and dabbles in salami making.

Having completed his apprenticeship with Plumbstruct Industries, Brenndan has remained a loyal and dedicated member of our team. He is enjoying refining his joinery and carpentry skills whilst learning the basics in some plumbing areas as well. Don’t let Brenndan’s quiet nature fool you- he is probably coming up with a new way of doing something.

In his own time, Brenndan is an active member of the Scouting movement and creates some unique pieces of art.

James started with Plumbstruct Industries at the young age of 15 as a school based apprentice and is currently studying for his licensing exams. He cut his teeth digging holes and found a passion for outdoor drainage work. Hailing from a family of tradesmen, James is multi-skilled and can swing a hammer with the best of the carpenters as well.

In his own time, James coaches a Junior Cricket team that is currently UNDEFEATED.

Declan is just starting out and enjoying all aspects of trade life. He loves getting his hands dirty and learning as much as he can from others. Like all apprentices, you will find Declan on the other end of a shovel most days! Declan is friendly and outgoing and always willing to lend a hand.

In his own time, Declan enjoys watching live music and like many young men- Footy.

Business management is a passion and lifestyle for Lara. She is constantly learning, researching and refining her skills. Lara combines her skills in managing projects and people to ensure that all operations run smoothly. Previously a social worker, Lara has an understanding of how people tick and is a great support to all the staff at Plumbstruct Industries.

In her own time, Lara enjoys creative pursuits and you might find her at a craft market or two.
